Williams Dental Care - Dentist Cypress TX

Dr. Kaur is so sweet, patient, totally professional, explains everything very well and was super kind and gentle. The entire staff were kind, communicative and they were very open about insurance and treatment plans. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. Out of all of the Dental offices I've been to, this one is my favorite.

This dental visit was amazing. The front desk lady was helpful, kind, patient and proficient with insurance, scheduling, and answering all questions. The hygienist or assistant was attentive, professional and patient. My dentist was/is a CARING person who was also informative and went over and above the scheduled initial visit. This will be my dental family because they all made me feel like a PERSON more than a procedure. They CARE.

I got my cleaning last week for the first time at this clinic and I absolutely loved it. Usually other dentist tend to be quick when it comes to cleanings but the doctor there took her time and was very thorough. The entire staff is very nice and the doctor is very nice as well and has a very calming presence so I wasn’t nervous as I usually am. The office is very clean and the overall patient care and attention they paid to me was excellent. I recommend this clinic, especially now that it’s so hard to find good dental offices. Keep up the great work staff of Williams dental care!

I have been a loyal patient to the Williams Dental office for over 15 years. Originally, Dr. Williams was an outstanding dentist, always able to solve dental issues with high skill and courtesy. With high professionalism he took his time to make every corrected tooth the best it could be. Any work he had done, such as fillings, were most accurate and smooth as a natural tooth. Since he retired other dentist took over the practice. I’ve trusted the choice of dentists to carry on the quality. However, my first appointment back in the office to get simple cavities corrected was disappointing. The entire procedure was rushed and done sloppy. All fillings were uneven, rough like sandpaper and altered my alignment to the point of strong grind down of several front teeth. But, I thought ok, maybe I’m overreacting and excepted I’m not the professional. I’ve went back yesterday to get two simple fillings done and the experience was horrible. I’ve explained nicely to the dentist Dr.M.(another one every time) my concerns about the last treatment. Sadly, she shrugged it off with the comment; “fillings can’t do that”. For years at this office I get nitro gas to help me relax and I’m more than aware of the noise and relaxation the machine makes. I’m more than certain the nitro distributor wasn’t working (but I was charged for it?). In the entire time of treatment, the dentist hissed at the dental assistant (which wore her mask under her chin) instructions. Anyway, two fillings later, I was sent out the door. In the morning the filling in back tooth fell out and the filling in my very front upper tooth doesn’t match the color of my natural tooth. Now I have to explain this to the insurance to get additional funding to correct both. Do NOT seek professional help at this dental office, even if they are in your network. They possibly use cheap materials and scamming tactics to get your insurance & your money.
